HOOD RIVER, OR. (July 23, 2025) – The Port of Hood River Foundation is seeking dedicated community leaders to join the Board of the newly formed nonprofit. Established October 14, 2024, the Port of Hood River Foundation is focused on sustaining and bettering the community-serving properties in the Port of Hood River district, such as the airport and waterfront recreational spaces. The Board of Directors plays a critical role in guiding the strategic vision of the Foundation, overseeing key initiatives and ensuring that the work remains aligned with the needs of the community. The Port of Hood River Foundation welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds who are committed to the community and eager to make a positive impact in the community.
