The Port of Hood River is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the Marina Boathouse Removal Project. Through the authorization of the Port of Hood River Commission, the Port is accepting proposals from qualified contractors who can provide the equipment and services to properly remove and dispose of up to nine (9) boathouses in the Port of Hood River Marina.  

Proposals must be addressed to Megan Channell, Director of Capital Development and Planning, Port of Hood River, and submitted by September 18, 2026 by 12:00pm PT. Proposals must be delivered via email to megan.channell@portofhoodriver.com with the subject “Request for Proposals – Marina Boathouse Removal Project”. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Proposals will be opened in the Port of Hood River Office on September 21, 2026 at 10:00am PT. Proposals will not be read aloud at the time of opening.
