Public Notice - Request for ProposalsRequest for Proposal - Fixed Base OperatorThe Port of Hood River, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, invites proposals from qualified, experienced, and responsible entities to lease airport property and improvements at Ken Jernstedt Airfield and to operate as a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) providing commercial aeronautical services.
All individuals involved in the evaluation, scoring, recommendation, or approval of proposals must comply with the Port’s Conflict of Interest and Ethics Policy for the FBO Selection (Attachment A of the RFP).
Submittal Instructions
Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on April 24, 2026.
