All Hood River waterfront guiding, instruction, rental sales, and food concessions are permitted through the Port of Hood River.  

Food Carts: The Port is not accepting applications for food carts.  There is a long term plan to develop an area with the infrasture needed  for food carts, however nothing is available for now.

Watersport Recreation Lesson & Rental Permits: All locations & permits for watersport recreation are spoken for at this time.
