To begin immediately upon adjournment of Regular Session.

In accordance with Oregon law, only representatives of the news media and staff designated by the Port Commission are permitted to attend. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. Representatives of the news media, designated staff, and Commission members are specifically directed not to report on or otherwise disclose any of the discussions or deliberations during this executive session, except to state the general subject as previously announced. No final action or decision will be made in executive session. Any materials distributed during the executive session will be collected by the Executive Director at the conclusion of the session. At the conclusion of the executive session, the Board may either return to open session to take further action or adjourn the meeting.
