At its July 14 meeting, the Port Commission did not approve Amazon’s request for a third extension of the Purchase and Sale Agreement for approximately 11 acres on Neal Creek Mill Road. The agreement remains subject to its existing terms, with the current inspection period scheduled to expire July 20, 2026.
