OVERNIGHT PARKING/CAMPING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Payment for parking is required at the Marina Boat Ramp and surrounding parking lots from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  There is no charge for parking from 3:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hourly payment is mobile only and may be made using Text to Pay,  the Passport Parking App, or the ParkMobile App.  The parking fee is $2.75 per hour with a maximum fee of $15 per day. 

Overnight parking is not allowed. Fisherman may arrive as early as 3:00 a.m. You may prepay using one of the apps or Tex-to-Pay.

If you do not already have either app downloaded, please use the Text-to-Pay option, as it may be difficult to download apps without a WiFi connection.  If you experience difficulty paying for parking due to poor connectivity, please take a screenshot on your phone showing your attempt to pay. If you receive a parking ticket and can provide proof that you attempted to make a payment, the ticket may qualify for dismissal.

2026 Annual Passes are available for the Marina Boat Launch parking lots. Passes may be purchased online or in person at the Port office.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEXT TO PAY-  Marina boat ramp parking lot and DMV gravel lot:

1. Open a new text message and type in the number 30844 or 77223
2. In the message field, type "PARK"
3. Follow the link provided in the text message and enter the zone number displayed on the parking signs.
   • Marina Zone Number: 86863
4. Enter your license plate number, select your desired parking time, and enter your payment details.

Payment may also be made using the Passport Parking App, or the ParkMobile App.
