Marina Park OrdinanceThis ordinance was introduced as a citizen initiative, meaning it was proposed and advanced by members of the public rather than by the Port Commission or staff. Citizen initiatives allow residents to directly influence Port policy by gathering the required number of signatures to place a measure on the ballot or before the Commission for consideration.
Previous ordinances are either repealed or no longer in effect.
