HOOD RIVER, Ore. (Oct. 7, 2026) — Steel and coating maintenance work on the Hood River–White Salmon Bridge scheduled for Oct. 7–23 has been postponed until further notice.

The bridge will remain open to vehicle traffic during the previously announced closure hours. No new closure dates have been set.

When the work is rescheduled, the Port of Hood River will provide the public with at least three weeks’ advance notice.

The Port appreciates the public’s continued patience as the maintenance schedule is adjusted.
