Port of Hood River Waterfront Recreation Parking Passes are annual and valid January 1st-December 31st of any given year. 2025 passes are available to purchase online starting December 15 and are also available at the Port Office Front Desk during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am- 5:00pm. Passes ordered online are mailed unless pick up is requested. NO shipping outside of the U.S.  Please allow 3 business days for processing.

If you purchase a pass and would like to use it before receiving it in the mail, please print a copy of the receipt and put it on your drivers side dashboard where parking enforcement may clearly see it. If you don't display the receipt or your pass, you will be ticketed.

Passes are not valid for street parking or at the Hook. 

The Port of Hood River sells four (4) different kinds of annual parking passes that are valid for select Port owned waterfront parking lots. Overlength vehicles, RVs and trailers are not allowed in the West Jensen Lot.

• 2025 Waterfront Regular Length Pass- $225 Valid at the Event Site, Jensen West, Lot #1, Marina Boat Ramp, DMV gravel lot.  For Passenger Vehicles 20’ or less.  Not valid for RVs or vehicles with trailers, even if they are less than 20′ in length.  Not valid at The Hook.

• 2025 Waterfront Overlength Pass- $350 Valid at the Event Site, Lot #1, Marina Boat Ramp, DMV gravel lot. For Vehicles over 20’ in length including racks, RVs, and vehicles with trailers.  NOT VALID AT JENSEN WEST. Valid for RVs that are less than 20′ in length. Not valid at The Hook.

• 2025 Marina Boat Ramp Only Pass- $125 Valid at the Marina Boat Ramp and the DMV gravel lot only.  For all length vehicles and trucks with trailers.  Passes not valid at any other locations.

• 2025 Senior Boat Ramp Only Pass- $100 Valid at the Marina Boat Ramp and the DMV gravel lot only.  For people 60 years and above (only available at Port office for in person purchase, ID required). All length vehicles and trucks with trailers are allowed.  Passes not valid at any other locations.

PASSES ARE NOT VALID FOR ON-STREET PARKING, including the Hook.  Parking is on a first-come basis and not guaranteed. Event Site parking passes may be restricted in certain locations during large events that reserve the Event Site or other parking areas for exclusive use. Passes must be displayed at all times and adhered to the inside front lower driver's side windshield glass in order to be valid. Failure to always display your pass when parked will result in a citation.

Annual parking passes are transferable, but they are not refundable or replaceable. They are valid only for the vehicle in which they are displayed and must be visible to parking enforcement at all times.

Overnight parking is not allowed.

The Port is not responsible for passes lost in the mail. Passes are non-refundable and lost passes will not be replaced.
