Regular Annual Pass – Passenger Vehicles up to 20′ (not valid for RVs)

Passes are valid January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

Recreational Parking Lot Pass for vehicles up to 20 feet long. Pass is valid only at the Hood River Event Site, Lot #1, the westernmost half of the Jensen West, Maritime, and Anchor Way parking lots. Pass is not valid for RVs, buses, or trailers.

Passes are NOT VALID FOR ON-STREET PARKING.

Parking passes are TRANSFERABLE, but not refundable or replaceable.

PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED, AFFIXED TO THE INSIDE FRONT LOWER DRIVERS SIDE WINDSHIELD GLASS AT ALL TIMES WHEN PARKED TO BE VALID. If your pass is not visible and adhered to the front windshield glass, it is not valid and you may receive a parking citation.

The Port is not responsible for passes lost in the mail. Passes are non-refundable and lost passes will not be replaced.
