Waterfront Events this Weekend- August 2 & 3

Hello Waterfront Folks,

WATERFRONT PARK PARTY- This Saturday, August 2nd, is the pFreim Family Brewers 13th Anniversary Party at the Waterfront Park from 2-9pm. They will have 3 bands, 3 food vendors, an ice cream vendor, and beer & ciders sales as well as lawn games. pFriem has rented Lot #1 for event parking, however those who are frequent recreation users of the Waterfront Park should expect congestion with regard to parking in the surrounding area. Please plan accordingly.

SAILBOAT RACING- Watersports people- Saturday & Sunday the Hood River Yacht Club is hosting their HR1D Regatta. There will be increased sailboat racing activity in the river west of the Spit this weekend. Please keep an eye out and try to avoid getting in their path. They will try to stay out of your way as well!
